Detentions // Assigning "Taken by" for a whole series of detentions

At the moment we can only assign who takes detentions one by one. Something that gets a little tedious when there's nearly 400 detention sessions over the course of a term. We have staff that are assigned to the same detention every week for a who...

Deleting Detentions

We would like to be able to delete detentions. We've created detentions for the whole term in one go, but would like to delete the detentions created over half-term. At the moment we can only cancel them, but not fully delete them.

Ability to add hyperlinks

For example, our LS students' IEPs (individual education plans) are stored on Sharepoint and regularly updated. I would like to be able to link to these (rather than staff having to copy and paste the link address).

Registration Deposits

As finance I see deposits and registration fees coming in to the bank. I match these to the students in fee billing and log each in the deposit section. Admissions are the people who initiate the requests for money so they need to be able to see i...

Medical Centre - Stock levels per location?

Currently we can set the minimum stock levels for medication/inventory held at school as a whole, but we can't specify minimum levels of medication/inventory for each of the locations - we wouldn't know if a particular location is running low of s...

Detentions history

I have enabled "Discipline" in our options for Parent Portal and can see that they can view Detentions which is fine. As currently it lists all historic data from when we first used iSAMS in 2022. Is there a way of limiting history of data shown f...
