Include Staff Personal Email in Batch API

We would like to pull in personal emails into third party systems like Firefly's School Post so that we can email staff personal emails in high importance circumstances. Similar functionality exists for staff personal mobile numbers.

Allow students access to the Tracking Manager module

I have a load of models that show the student's progress over the academic year, but only staff can see the models. It seems a no-brainer to allow the students to see this data from the Student Portal.

Adding logos and letterhead formatting to letter templates

I would like to add logos and correct letterhead formatting and footers to our letter templates so we can merge them and print them straight from isams. I understand this isn't currently possible so please can you consider adding this functionality?
