Alert for an expiring document - HR Module

If an employee Visa as an example document on HR module is nearing its renewal date, how can I set up a banner or alert to notify me of the remaining days until it expires? An alert is very much important for us.

Be able to add in other characteristics to gradebooks

We would like to be able to add in other characteristics into Gradebooks such as a Pupil Premium Flag, or whether the student receives FSM. Currently the list from step 4 of the Gradebook Wizard is uneditable.

Search by date

When creating a new seating plan the number of programmes to select from is huge.It would be good if those already done changed colour.If the exams are passed, remove from list.And most important - be able to search by date and session

Spreadsheet Download/Upload for Personal Tutors in Reports Wizard

The spreadsheet download/upload method in the Reports Wizard is available for subject teachers, HoDs and other staff types, but not personal tutors. It would be great if this method was available for personal tutors too.
