It would be massively helpful to have SMS templates to send for things like pupil registration queries, commendations or detentions. It would then be doubly helpful if merge fields, like pupil name, parent name, could be included in the template. ...

So we wouldn't have to select all included teachers manually, as their division is already indicated on their profile in the HR module.
