Alert for an expiring document - HR Module

If an employee Visa as an example document on HR module is nearing its renewal date, how can I set up a banner or alert to notify me of the remaining days until it expires? An alert is very much important for us.

Changing the House Master name to House Parent

In this day and age, it would be far more appropriate for the House Master title to be changed to House Parent. I am sure we are not the only school to have female house parents.

It would be useful to have the ability to upload data for Custom Fields for pupils. Currently if we wanted to update custom fields that have data such as, GCSE subject option choices, so that we can email parents the confirmed choices, we have to ...

Be Able to Check Credit Information

Rather than having to contact your account manager - why can't a client check the balance of their credits within the system? This would be much more time efficient

Move custom fields from section to section

We want to rearrange some of our custom fields moving them from section to section but according to iSAMS Support it is not possible to do that. Please can this functionality be added to the system.

Ability to clone a timetable to another member of staff

While our teacher timetable was set up in time it would be good to be able to clone a timetable to another member of staff, either for when something changes mid year, or adding to to teaching assitants.

Search for RDL File

Please will you add a search facility so an RDL file can easily be found without trawling through every folder.

Exam results download

Currently students can view their exam results through their portal accounts but cannot download them. The ability to download either their full statement of results or a PDF version of the results screen would be incredibly beneficial.
