Leave requests to be sorted by school or year group

We would like Leave Requests to be searchable by school or year group. We have Heads of Schools approve leave requests but within the system they have to look at all requests to see which are relevant for them.

Photo galleries' should have visibility based on access set by publication, similar to document and files upload access levels

We need to share photo albums with given access level:, due to lack of these permissions, we are not able to use photo galleries':- Academic house- year group- form-individual student

On publishing detentions it would be great if pupils could also be selected to receive a reminder email

Notes and Reports to be in chronological order

Previously on SEN Manager when you added notes (on the notes tab) or uploaded documents to the reports tab, it asked for a date and would put them in chronological order. On the new Student Registers it just just puts them in order of when you add...

Report Cycles across Academic Years

It would be helpful if a Report Cycle could run across academic years. This would be beneficial to our UCAS reference procedure where references are completed in the Summer Term of Year 12 and edited / amended in the Autumn Term of Year 13.

Allow access arrangements to be editable for non SEN pupils

Calculate columns need to be visible to Tracking Manager.

We use the Tracking Module to view the progress of students. At the moment the calculated columns are not visible in the Tracking Manager and it is only possible to view data that was entered rather than calculated and transposed information.
