Is it possible to create groups in the dataset to help cleanse the data and reduce the number of items? Examples
Ethnicity (would be good to have 3 most common + other – for us this is White British, Pakistani, Indian, Other). Having lots of small groups makes for difficult to read visuals
SEN Level – I want it to only use E, K and N (and put other non-standard labels (EHC application for example) into one of those 3 groups)
Staff Role type (Support or Teaching) – this exists as a field in Every (Job Category), but that isn’t one of the additional data fields, so I was thinking I could create groups from the Post Type field, or the Department field. Ideally, adding Job Role as one of the Data fields would be great.
(n.b. This request applies to student data being imported from SIMS and Staff data being imported from Every HR, but I imagine the principle of being able to create groups would be useful to others)
