When creating a Management Group in the MIS Management section, e.g. for pushing a Global List, it would be very useful in the "Select Entities" section to have at the top "Select All". This would eliminate the need to individually select each Entity when the management group is for all schools. In addition, in this list it would be good to be able to select the Entity groups that have already been created in the Entity Permissions area, e.g. all schools in a particular country.
