Could reports created in iSAMS Central by customers be allowed to share with other Central customers? Perhaps creating a shared bank of reports for reference?
In terms of submitting a Central report for the shared bank within a reports settings you could have a section and tick box that could say "Share this report?", choose where the report would go into the relevant shared bank module folder based on the module it relates to which would allow customers to pick and choose what they would like to share.
There could be a approve/deny feature from iSAMS Central Admins for the submitted shared reports where the customer would have to submit a document with the report explaining how the report works and what modules in iSAMS Central/iSAMS/Ed;Gen is used?
If a customer found an approved report they wanted to use or amend for their school you could tick the report in the shared banked area and get it to create a copy in your iSAMS Central Designer area.
