Allow for wider search criteria on the document search in financials purchasing module and allow for it to be exported. Currently you can only search by type, number, modified, date, creator, status, supplier, location and reference.
It would be useful to also be able to search via account (so we can see what orders are outstanding for what faculty in purchasing instead of looking on the budget holder report). Also if you have added Document Userfields it would be nice to be able to search for them too (we have two fields set up, one for "FAO" and one for "Quotes" - attached to keylist. Would be nice if we could search on them too).
It would be also good to search value in a range, for example all PORDs between £2k and £10k. I am aware some of this can be done via the reporting suite on "purchase document enquiry report" but it would be easier to have it in the purchasing module to save switching between and also for those who don't have full financials licenses.
