Can the account title on the media files to be imported to the bank use the Payment Title rather than the Account Title for Lloyds Link files? At the moment, some of our payments are rejecting because the account title is incorrect - the BACS file is picking up the account title and not the payment title. What is the point in completing the payment details page if it is not being used?
Hi Donna. It does definitely seem to make more sense for the media file to pick up the Payment Title. We'll look into that for you.
