Is there any plans to incorporate a Direct debit collection module into Accounting, its more of a wish list at present but parents are asking more and more if we can set up direct debits at the moment we encourage them to set up standing orders.
I realise its a whole new can of worms for both you and us, so its not a requirement, just a question ?
Other software programmes are offering it (Sage for education).
Hi Jamie. We do already have a DD module, there just isn't much call for it from our Education customers. There is no function for dealing with mandates, but every other aspect of Direct Debit is dealt with. We would advise speaking to your Account Manager, who can discuss options with you.
