Dual authorisation of supplier set up /bank changes

To have the option to have two users require to set-up a supplier or change supplier bank details (e.g one to enter and one to authorise before supplier/changes is open for use on system). This was raised as a system weakness by our auditors last year. Obviously we tightly restrict who has access to this function but agree with the auditors that having dual authorisation within the system on this would be a much stronger control.
