not sure if this request has any mileage, but is it possible to add the chat box facility on either the portal or accounting, which connects to the administrator, or the location help desk with in IRIS.
Not sure if this is an IRIS system issue or a user location issue.
Thanks for your suggestion Jamie. There are currently no plans to integrate the existing live chat functionallity into Iris Financials.
