Wish that you could have the option of the read percentages to impact risk scores. eg if a document linked is 100% read then we take a 'treated' score, where as anything lower eg only 70% of staff have read it, we would take the untreated score. it is common that a risk is mitigated by confirming all staff have read a particular policy/procedure etc
Currently if a document is linked as an action to a risk item, its expiry that decides if it impacts the overall risk score. although this is usful - people have access to the current up to date document, people actioning it is also important
