Please may I request that we can add a new tab/drop down to the Every compliance activities section.
What would really help us is to have a separate tab next to 'completed - awaiting documentation' for any compliances where further actions are needed as a result of the compliance report and a 'further actions needed' option on the dropdown tab.
For example, we may have a water testing report that comes in with 5 remedials. Although we have the documentation, it still needs further action. Currently staff are selecting the closed option as they have the documentation but then can sometimes, due to being so busy, not following through with the remedial actions as this isn't flagged anywhere. I know how easy this can happen when you are so busy.
We would just like to bridge the gap to make sure that nothing gets missed.
