We have mandatory checklists on all activities to ensure diligence of check. Currently, the system will not allow the status of the activity to be changed to ‘completed awaiting documentation’ when a mandatory checklist is attached. Can this be changed, or the ability to turn off ‘completed awaiting documentation’ allowed at MAT settings level so there is clarity one way or the other.
