Raise an Issue by email.

This request is for a way to email new issues directly to the system.

We would need a way to generate an email address for each of our 'properties', along the lines of sv5eftu4sdfgs.s6vsuB3@every.education


Anyone who sends an email to that address can send in an "Issue" without having to log into Every, making things far easier.

Issues sent from verified email addresses (i.e. *****@ourbusiness.com ) could be added as issues straight away, whereas issues sent from other accounts could go into a holding area, for verification. This would assume that the Every system would carry out the SPF and DMARC checks on the incoming email, rejecting any that are faked - automatically.

The email SUBJECT would become the title of the issue.
The BODY of the email would transfer into the description field.
Any ATTACHMENTS would be uploaded to the created issue.

The team can then add priorities, assign people and fill out the rest of the information quickly.
