It'd be nice if there was an easy and straightforward way to display/export a report showing the number of tickets closed per user, per category, who logged the most tickets and to whom, how long did it take to close tickets, etc., as well as seeing the history and changes through time (I know there are a few stats available, but nothing very comprehensive). Also, similarly applied to assets, with opportune changes (most moved, least updated, who created the most, who gets assigned more assets or more frequently, etc.). This are by no means necessary features, but it would be useful to see how the workflows progress over the weeks and months.
