Currently, customer visibility of payroll version returns are limited. Customer have indicated that having more information displayed within their payroll timetable would help them plan ahead. This is specifically in relation to the return of files after they have been rejected with queries and amendments for the bureau to make.
Adding additional metrics into the timetable so they're visible to customers would improve transparency and customer confidence.
There will be the requirement to collaborate with the payroll operations team to ensure that if this goes ahead and built into the system provide, it is built to the SLAs for subsequent payroll versions.
