Within an additional payment, at the bottom of the window you can see the hourly rate being calculated.
The formula is designed to calculate the hourly amount of the addition, not the FTE value. The FTE value formula is separate from the formula calculating the hourly amount of the addition. To calculate the hourly amount of the addition, the system uses the base hourly rate formula and substitutes the FTE Salary/Salary with the addition amount.
