Customers using the payroll module within EveryHR can presently only see the current pay period timelines. Being able to see more than the current month's timetable, will add value to the customer experience and supporting planning of resource within their organization.
Customers would prefer to see a more detailed breakdown of the timeline:
- Input due to bureau
- Payroll available to review (v1 reports)
- Payroll approval deadline
- Bureau to send bacs
- Pay date
Payroll status would also help (e.g. with bureau, queried, with customer)
In addition, the payroll timeline does not update once cycle is complete/finalised. For example, despite pay cycle being complete in January, a customer on 1st February, could not see the February cycle (was still showing January dates). Being able to see the next cycle key dates sooner (having greater visibility of the timeline for the year for example), would improve experience.
This would be beneficial for all payroll integration offered.
