Users who have a multi layer approval process implemented cannot see at a glance where an approval may be awaiting action. Users are required to click into each unapproved time and expenses sheet, to see where in their internal process this may be stuck. Clicking onto each individual request is time consuming.
Please consider whether:
there is scope to change the display to see at a glance who the approval is awaiting action by to save user time (not needing to click into each form)
there is scope for the system to notify approvers of awaiting actions at different frequencies and in accordance with payroll cut off (to avoid payroll cut of being missed for payroll integrated customers). E.g. system built rules for prompts to nudge the process along.
