We may need to share some institution details (where qualifications were awarded) with the staff shortlisting candidates for interview. Currently we are having to use an application form question, making the data collection a bit disjointed.
This feature needs to be designed so the candidate only records each institution once per group of results (e.g. all KS4 results together for one secondary school).
It would be useful if we could choose what qualification levels include institution names in the anonymous application export (e.g. religious single-sex secondary schools may, by name, reveal two pieces of EDI information that could lead to bias during the shortlisting process).
