Showing the full question on the exported application forms for internal review makes scanning the form for key questions slower. If we could show a shortened version (as the question doesn’t need to be explained to HR/other staff, only the candidates) this would be more efficient. Currently we’ve had to add tags inside square brackets at the front of each question, which will look odd to candidates, and the questions still take up a lot of visual space before the answer on the exported application forms.
As an option, the full wording of the question could be included in the exported application form, either in a hidden section of the Word document directly underneath the shortened version, or as hover text when you mouseover the shortened version.
The shortened versions of the questions wouldn't need to be shown to the candidates.
