Ability to set the 'visible to employee' setting within a performance review on bulk/centrally. currently this is just actioned on an individual basis within all reviews or just by the reviewer.
An option to have the 'visible to employee' tick box at the time of distributing should we want the employee to see it from distribution.
Currently this creates a lot of work once the reviews are created to go back and action this individually or wait for the reviewer to do their bit (not great if they do their bit last minute).
