EveryHR - Training - When completing training early

if people have completed the training in advance of the expiry date and is unable to log it at the time it is completed due to system functionality. Is there a way this can be looked into? I.e. if a person completes early the renewal is set say 12 months from the date of completion rather than the original date in the system?
