I would like a built-in feature to automatically exclude employees who have left when exporting directly from the Performance module.

This is a great idea. I am currently sharing reports with Headteachers of our 11 schools that include ex-members of staff and to whom the report no longer applies. This is inefficient and annoying. If something could be put in place to only download current members of staff, that would be great.
