Currently it's not possible to know via the reports which role was impacted by someone's absence (which would be useful for further analysis in Excel). This would be useful as a filter point as well, to focus on absences for groups of staff. We have some staff with dual roles, and in some cases these may be hybrid teaching/support positions.
