Currently, a Next of Kin record appears as incomplete unless a phone number is entered in both the Mobile Phone and Contact Phone fields. In most cases, employees will only provide one contact number, usually a mobile number.
It would be helpful if the record could be considered complete when at least one valid telephone number is provided in either field. This would make the incomplete employee records report more accurate and avoid users having to enter the same number twice simply to mark the record as complete.
