We have just completed our first SCR check and would really value the option to have an amber warning in addition to the existing red. We do our DBS checks more frequently than is required; as such, we have more staff being flagged as immediate action. Ideally, we would like an amber flag that indicates an action is needed shortly, and a red flag for when action is required imminently. The reason is that having them all flag as red when they aren't actually overdue means that OFSTED will have their alerts raised unnecessarily when they do the SCR check.
