It has been noted by a number of our larger customers that it would be best practice for the SCR to include a unique identifier (NI number for example) so that where schools have two people with the same name and same role (which does happen in larger schools) it is easier to identify which record relates to each employee when being ofsted inspected . Can this please be included for consideration
