We have a couple of departments where there are a large number of staff submitting time claims. This is usually organised by the department administrator and so adding them as an approver tag would speed up the process. However if I did that, the administrator would see all time claims for the organisation.
Can approver tags be set up to approve only certain departments or claimant types?
