Make sure there is feature parity between the web portal and mobile apps for school directory (GDPR)

In "Parent Portal Manager > Features > School Directory Options" there is no feature parity between the "Web Portal" tab and the "Portal App" tab (i.e. the mobile app). This led us to experience a GDPR issue in disclosing more of our staff data than was reasonable.
On the "Web Portal" tab there is some basic filtering, so you can for example, limit the web browser version to only show teaching staff.
On the "Portal App" tab there are no such options. Your parent mobile app displays all staff with no filtering at all, and no options to change it, this exposes all staff including none teaching to parents. All our gardeners, right down to our pool cleaner were available for parents to browse and we cannot justify this as reasonable data to expose.

The settings for both the "Web Portal" and "Portal App" need to be the same, and most importantly the filtering restrictions need to be available for both.
