We have recently published the School reports to the parent portal and for those students with outstanding fees, we have deleted the student reports from the window of published files in the Report Printing module.
But when parents login to their portal, they can still see the cycle published even though there is no file to download, as per the below attached image which is indeed creating a confusion as of whether the report has or has not been published for them.
Marking these students one by one in Reports Manager as unwanted reports is not an ideal method.
It would be great if there is a way in the parent portal, not to show this information if the child report is deleted from the printing routine.
This is similar to idea shared in MIS-I-1098 and many other here which are never looked at by iSAMS (some are 6-7 year old).
Allowing users to block the reports/republish the report for a group of students (e.g. Outstanding fee). Blocking the entire portal or "unwanted report removal" is not ideal. Having more options at "Portal Publishing" will allow that easily.
