Automatically Update Username in Parent Portal when Contact email address is changed
When a parent email address is updated in Pupil Manager, please could thier username in Parent Portal also be updated as we currently have to do this manually at the moment.

I just came to add a comment about this regarding the new cloud portal. I have switched off the email update page for parents because they are given the option of resetting their Username to agree with the new email they have just added. The problem is that if they DON'T tick that box, then their Username in the Pupil Manager will be their old email address, which is very confusing! We also don't seem to receive notification for these changes, so their correspondence email would stay the same anyway - so the whole thing is illogical.

This was suggested over three years ago - and we are all still requesting it - surely this could be a simple fix?
