Pupils are registered in school but not registered out. If there was an option to show a pupil had left for the day, whether that be at the end of the school day or if they had gone home poorly or for an appointment, you would then be able to manage through the data of those pupils you had on school premises. This would improve any emergency evacuation information and stop the need to store other manual registers which we have to hold this information currently. There would need to be the option to annotate a note - for instance, if we knew another family member or different end of school arrangements which could then be viewed by the staffing body. It would also be great if the sign out included a time stamp.
