Allow tutors to see subject report grades from current cycles in both reports wizard and online assessment modules (currently only available from previous cycles). If the grades are mapped and synced from the gradebook I don't see why couldn't their appear.
This would serve as another proofreading tool for both heads and tutors to have a summary per child of the grades their tutees was awarded and of grades that are missing.
