Currently there are four stages a standard report could be at - not yet started, draft, incomplete and complete. However, we have changed 'draft' to 'ready for tutor' and 'incomplete' to 'ready for headmaster', as we have three stages in our checking system. This works fine, but it does mean that when writing the initial reports, they are either 'not yet started', or 'ready for tutor' i.e. finished, so if you have to stop writing a report in the middle of it there is no way to flag this up for future reference.
Could there be an optional fourth stage for reports that schools like us could use if they needed to, so we could have 'draft', 'ready for tutor', ready for head' and complete?
