Format emails for phone screens

Emails are sent via student manager to parents, a significant number of our parents pick up their emails on their phone. However, usually the writing is too small to read, so our parents zoom in, but it doesn't automatically re-format the text to fit the phone screen. Parents therefore have to zoom and then scroll left to right to read it.

We have had several parents raise this with us and their complaints are now turning into reasons for not reading an email we send. This has become more important to us as it is impacting engagement.
