Prepare emails to groups of pupil contacts, in advance, and save as draft

At my school, we send most of our bulk emails to parents on a Friday afternoon. There are usually 10-20 to go to different groups of parents, all with different attachments. Is it possible to prepare emails to pupil contacts in advance and either set them to send at a particular time, or save them as a draft?
