Facility to schedule emails to be sent at a designated time.

It would be very useful to be able to schedule emails to be sent at a later time. Today I have scheduled some academic reports to be published on My School Portal at 2:00 pm. Ideally I would like to prepare the relevant guardian email now, and set it to send at 2:00 pm to tie up with the reports becoming available for parents to view in MSP
