As we are legally obliged to hold history for all students and ISAMS does not do this, we are currently having to move the students old address to a contact location of Previous address. At the moment you cannot copy a contact so I am therefore, having to put the contact in again as a new contact. The system doesn't seem to realise that this contact is already in the system. It should pick this up and you can copy over, this is very time consuming. For example we have an agent who have quite a few students under them and I have to put the contact in each time from scratch. Can this be looked at by the development team.
