There are a number of actions associated with bulk actions on pupil records via the pink drop down menu that are currently not controlled by process security. It would be great if process security covered all of these.
These actions include Group and Batch Edit functions, Delete Pupil, Add Exclusion, Move to Former and Create Parent Account.
A quick amendment to this suggestion: there are two email/SMS tools available in Pupil Manager. One is a legacy tool and the other is the more recent Email Wizard/SMS Wizard tool.
It would be great if process security gave us the ability to control who has access to which tool (in our case, we only want staff to use the more recent Wizard tools).
