Our PE groups usually consist of two tutor groups, mixed male and female, with three PE teachers assigned. The teachers will arrange their groups according to the programme for a particular day so it is not feasible to set up three different sets with set lists that will change on a week by week basis. If we could assign all three staff to be responsible for groups such as this, with all three teacher names appearing on the published timetable and the registers for these groups appearing on each teacher's registration list that would make our lives significantly easier and allow us an easier way to monitor attendance and punctuality.
