We want to be able to have more than one teacher marked for a set for example PE and Sports. Then the additional teachers can see the lesson in their timetable and also be marked as unavailable for Cover.
This is different to associated teachers which does not create a timetable entry for the additional teachers.
At the moment the solution is to a create 'ghost' set for each additional teacher and add the teacher and times (but with no students) to that and repeat for 3 or more - very time consuming and messy.
I agree. Very much needed and I came here to post a similar idea. I however see this one was recognised by Shawn Carr as an 'important issue to address' 2 years ago in 2024. Any progress? It looks like a duplicate of this: https://ideas.isams.com/ideas/MIS-I-1864 as well, which was logged 6 years ago in 2020 and has over 100 votes. There appears to be support for this and recognition of its importance from iSAMS. Does anyone have an update on this please? 6 years with no end in sight feels too long for this process to be taken seriously.
We agree this is an important issue to address. We are activly reviewing solutions to address this issue.
