It would be good if Documents could have its own Configuration category in User Permissions - we could then select:
View only - to screen
Download
Delete - if this is denied - no option for delete would show in the Documents area (it is so easy to select the Delete button by mistake as it sits so close to the Download button and does not give a popup to confirm if you press the delete button in error!)
