Workflow units are only day/week/ month - make it possible to create a concern based on recurrence over ANY time frame

At present, there will only be a concern raised if it is 3 instances in a day/week/month - it would make it much more useful if it were 'year' also, because unless it happens within the day/week/month, it won't be a record and that means the concerns aren't necessarily reflecting what is happening if the instances are just slightly outside the timeframe selected

We'd like to be able to use this half termly so a workflow schedule would be helpful as there's nowhere to put half term dates into iSAMS.

We are looking at utilising Wellbeing Manager better and having termly/yearly options would greatly improve the useability of this module for us.

Agree, it would be really useful if you could set by term.

As we are a school, we would like to be able to set the recurrence over a term. Which in impossible, but would be the most useful for a school.

Add term or range of dates to workflow rule unit type

Merged
The option for Unit Type in Workflow rule is Days, Weeks, Months it would very useful to have the option of Terms or a range of dates as we often wish to raise concerns or indicate issues within terms or between dates.
