At present, there will only be a concern raised if it is 3 instances in a day/week/month - it would make it much more useful if it were 'year' also, because unless it happens within the day/week/month, it won't be a record and that means the concerns aren't necessarily reflecting what is happening if the instances are just slightly outside the timeframe selected
Agree, we would like it to be half-termly as well as termly.
Also we would like to have the option to choose just one day, one week etc. Therefore for it not to be based on the time of the first submission. For example two conduct marks issued in one day only. At the moment notifications will be received if two conducts are submitted within 24 hours and so this can be over a 2 day period. Or to be able to select number within one week - Monday to Friday.
We'd like to be able to use this half termly so a workflow schedule would be helpful as there's nowhere to put half term dates into iSAMS.
We are looking at utilising Wellbeing Manager better and having termly/yearly options would greatly improve the useability of this module for us.
Agree, it would be really useful if you could set by term.
As we are a school, we would like to be able to set the recurrence over a term. Which in impossible, but would be the most useful for a school.
