Please can there be a way of identifying students as leavers automatically so we can remove them from the student portal quickly and easily in bulk. Currently we tick them one by one through the pupil lists and delete them, which is time consuming especially that we have over 200 students who leave at the end of Yr 13 alone every year.
2 Suggestions.. order the pupils in Surname, Forename order - currently no order that I can fathom!
And, add a Year Group column to the User List which will then display those that have left without a year group, enabling us to easily identify who needs to be deleted.
I came to the Ideas Portal to suggest this. There needs to be a "Manager Redundant Users" section like there is for the Parent Portal.
