We have added a contact to the Admissions Portal (the Registrar). It would be very beneficial for their photo to show instead of the basic silhouette so that prospective parents know what the Registrar looks like before they arrive. The photo is stored in their HR record which is selected to show on the portal but it still shows as a basic silhouette icon.
It doesn't give a great first impression and looks incomplete if viewing the page for the first time as a prospective parent.
